The machine seems to be somewhat locked up. I can only move the needle up or down ,but not a complete cycle , by turning the balance wheel back and forth. It then comes to s complete stop, I do not want to force it by too much pressure on the wheel. What is the most probable cause and maintenance that I can do on my own?
