I pushed the reset button and it turns for a few seconds but then stops. I have cleaned off a lot of hair and took apart the vacuum and removed the brush. On the side, opposite of the belt, I removed a side lid and cleaned more hair out. I don't know if there should be some kind of piece in this or not. It looks like hair has been melted to the unit. Please let me know what I need to do to get my vacuum working again. Thanks
