please help me \!! i think belt is broken and i cant seem to find out how to open the bottom carriage to get into where the belt is??how do i take the cover off to the belt which it covers the whole bottom not jest belt itself..it is a eureka multi cyclonic end eavornls 12 amp max power...thanks so much
