Model 9834 eureka (world vac) will not power up. I have read via web It can be one of two things. Need to push reset button OR new circuit Board. Can't find my manual to locate reset button. Help anyone have A copy of the manual?? Better yet, anyone know where the reset Button is? Included is a pic of my vacumn. Thanks in advance
