I have an old eureka rally canister vacuum. When I go to use the machine the power brush assembly stops rotating, when I lift the unit up the rollers start spinning. Any ideas as to what is happening? I have an older eureka rally canister vacuum, when I go to use the machine the paintbrush assembly runs but as soon I use it on carpet the brushes stop rotating, when I lift it up the brushes start running again. Any ideas?
