Can't turn it off...got to pull the plug...removed switch in handle...doesn't make any difference. There must be a relay or something which is malfunctioning. Any comments would be welcome. Eureka wants to charge me $13 to talk to them. The vacuum which is quite a capable machine cost about $100 to $120. I can't see paying for advice on fixing their machine. Also, I can't find any documentation online.
