Question About Eureka Vacuum Cleaner None
Change belt? Roller with brushes won't spin...

My husband vacuumed over a rag and didn't know that he stopped the spinning. Now the vacuum won't work at all for the floor. How do I tell if it is the belt or if he trashed it and I should just get a new vacuum.
