Question About Eureka Vacuum Cleaner 4870 Series
bare floor lever...

I can't get the lever for carpet/bare floor to switch to bare floor. I switched the carpet level to bare floor, but the yellow lever wouldn't stop the beater bar and the lever wouldn't stay on bare floor...help Patti
