Question About Eureka Carpet Cleaner 2590 Series

I have a 2590 that the soap solution is not getting passed in. the water is passing Ok. Is there any thing I can do to clear the soap channel. I have checeked the despenser adn ti is OK. I have checked the lines and they are clear. it appears that where the line goes into the bottome of the pump area it is clogged and not allowing flow .
