We cleaned our EP9 500 for the first time We lifted the wick from the unit and it collapsed. We tried to ease it back in after cleaning the rest of the unit but the wick isn't fitting properly. What can we do after we buy a new wick? Since they only need to be replaced once a season.

0 Yes, the instruction was contained in our manual. "Lift wick and retainers from the base allowing water to drain. Rinse wick under fresh water only etc". When we lifted the retainer it was forced open causing the wick to collapse. HELP
