I just bought the Essick HD12 400HB Humidifier today. Brought it home. Put it together, filled the bottle and let it go into the tank then I refilled the bottle and put it in. When I turn the fan on the refill light comes on and the fan does NOT turn. My brand new humidifier does NOT work!!!!!!!!! I can NOT get the fan to run no matter what I do! Suggestions!
