Greetings: I have a Envirogas 95 gas log heater...

Greetings: I have a Envirogas 95 gas log heater. The pilot light lights easily. The main burner refuses to light. I've thoroughly cleaned the unit with a vacuum plus blowing out the orifices; yet, the burner refuses to light. The rocker switch in the right hand corner has two settings. What are they? Thanks.
