We have a buddy wall gas heater with an electric ignitor and cant seem to get it working. The ignitor sparks but it won't light. I don't know why....? I've read the instruction manual but I don't know where behind the bottom panel to look for a shut off valve or if it's a blocked valve or something's just gone out. Is there a number I can call to speak with someone about this?
