Question About Empire Comfort Systems Indoor Fireplace VFSR-24-3
bought our house in March and have no paperwork on...

bought our house in March and have no paperwork on gas logs but thru research have determined we have model # VFSR-24-3 12 log piece. The logs have been moved around and placed incorrectly. The online manual does not give log placement instructions. Can you HELP?

0 the manual does not discuss LOG PLACEMENT only embers and lava rocks. Our system does not have embers.
