Question About Empire Comfort Systems Fan VFSR-18-3
Remote lighting not working...

The pilot is on. The remote switch works in the on & off postion but not in the remote position. I replaced the batteries in the hand held remote but that was apparently not the problem. Can anyone make a suggestion on next steps to troubleshoot problem?
