Once I turn on the fire with my remote unit and fire is on for about 10 minutes, the fire will go out and then the remote box attached to my log unit Model VFSV-24-3 makes this hiss like clicking noise. This noise starts when fire suddenly goes out by itself. Can you tell me what may be the problem and if I may need a new switch box...this is box attached to unit that you unit so you can light fire with a remote. Thank you.
