I need to see a picture of an Emerson Thermostat, I do not have a manual or a product #. It's for a total electric home with a heat pump, installed last year. The A/C will not come on & the thermostat has a small design on the screen looks like a snowflake or *. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? This is the 2nd Emerson thermostat that has been replaced on our system in 3 years, is that normal?
