Good day. Model - S1EUA2000A0002OFO - Serial Number: 11607650001 We are getting a "High Pressure" alarm on the machine and it is not starting up. If we remove the probe sensor on the condenser, the machine does start up. The condenser is clean and the fan is rotating. Please advise. Also, if possible, please send me a manual for this aircon - ceo@solution360.co.za +27823301450 Is there anyone in South Africa that can assist with support? Thank you piet
