Power Nozzle not brush not working. Red light not on and the off and on swicth does not activate unit. No obstrution is noted on the brush and the pigtail was connected. Power and suction from the cannister is fine. I tried to loosen the bottom of the Power Nozzle but after loosing all retaining screws, still could not remove bottom. How do I troubleshoot this issue?
