5 I had a heck of a time using the Electrolux website. I found in the FAQ a question about "why isn't mine listed" and it made reference to "Aerus". Since the link for the Electrolux list was broken I clicked on the Aerus list and sure enough, this model is made by them. So mystery solved and the user manual can be found at the link I've provided.

5 I decided to also upload the manual in PDF format just in case the "Aerus" company stops providing it. I downloaded this from the link I also provided. I found this manual. Electrolux Epic 3500 SR.PDF

5 The manuals provide on the Aerus site are user's guides/manuals. They provide instructions for use, not replacement of parts. Due to having to disassemble the powerhead to get to the belt, and potential problems in reassembly, they recommend taking it to an authorized Aerus service center. I recommend the same. Improper disassembly can and does result in broken clips in the powerhead.
