my vacuume power nozzle has power. there is no pow...

my vacuume power nozzle has power. there is no power from the vacuume canister to the power nozzle. we tested the power nozzle separate that works. the canister runs, but the power going to the power nozzle is dead.we tested where the hose attaches to the vacuume that is dead.no juice. Do you have any suggestings. Thanks Ginny
