I have the Oxygen 3 canister. How many filters does this vacuum have? I ordered the EL012 filter but there seems to be one underneath the motor that I cannot get to. My ex used my vacuum to clean up hair from his smelly dog and I can't get rid of the smell. Any suggesstions?
