How do you get the upper sheath apart on a Grand Marquise canister vaccum cleaner. I need to clean the metal prongs with steel wool it's not making proper contact. It starts and stops when power pack is attached. I have owners manual and it doesn't show how to get it apart only how to assemble. I know it comes apart I just don't know how to release it.
