CHARGING THE VACCUM...

JUST PURCHASED AN ELECTROLUX EL 1000A W/OUT A MANUAL. CAN I LEAVE IT CHARGED(24 HRS.) EVERYTIME I USE IT? HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S FULLY CHARGED ALREADY? WOULD APPRECIATE A FAVORABLE RESPNSE...THANKS!
