0 Thank for your post, rockrash12! I understand that you would like to use your Electrolux oven, EW30GF65G, as a dehydrator. I have located the information within your manual and can provide steps to using your oven as a dehydrator. 1. Press lower or upper oven. 2. Press dehydrate. 3. Press start/enter. If you need any additional assistance I have attached a copy of your manual and on page 33 it provides steps for dehydration. Hope this is helpful. –OOS
