0 Electrolux is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden; its North American headquarters are located in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Since the Model B95 was manufactured in the 1990s in Sweden, it would be best to make an initial contact with the Swedish headquarters at electroluxgroup.com.  The North American division likely does not have access to appliances that were made overseas.  Regards.
