The Epic Floor Pro triple brush shampooer-polishers were manufactured in different models over the year by Electrolux Corporation, now called Aerus LLC and headquartered in Dallas, Texas with store locations throughout the USA and Canada.  To obtain a free electronic copy of the current model's manual, which mainly differs from  yours in that it does not have a cord winder, visit aerusvacuums.com, click on the Support tab, select the Download Manuals hyperlink, choose Lux Floor Pro from the Current Models menu, and click Download.  Regards.
