My electrolux shampooer won't hold on to the brush...

My electrolux shampooer won't hold on to the brush pads. they keep falling off. How do I snap them in?

While I am unfamiliar with the Model 2101, I do know that it was manufactured by either Electrolux Corporation (USA) or Electrolux (Canada) Ltd in several colors from around 1985-1988.  The two companies merged in 1985 and now go by the name Aerus.  You will find contact information at the website, aerusvacuums.com.  An Aerus associate will be able to answer your query.  Regards.
