The Model 1522 triple brush shampooer-scrubber was manufactured by Electrolux Corporation from 1985-92. The company is now called Aerus LLC and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with store locations throughout the USA and Canada.  To obtain a free electronic copy of the current model's manual which will detail the usage procedure visit aerusvacuums.com, click on the Support tab, select the Download Manuals hyperlink, choose Lux Floor Pro from the Current Models menu, and click Download.  Regards.
