0 Electrolux Corporation, now called Aerus LLC, was the manufacturer of your shampooer/polisher.  You can visit their website and find a store locator at the bottom.  

Aeries continues to make an updated version of your triple brush cleaner and calls it the Lux Floor Pro, so parts should not be difficult to obtain.
