condensate pan drain ? ac is pitched properly for ...

condensate pan drain ? ac is pitched properly for drainage but water collects in window sill between storm window and sash ,drain holes are clear at storm window frame but i believe condesate should drain from pan away from and not run down side of house . where is the drain hole in pan?
