The air conditioner Heat / Cool unit set to 27 deg...

The air conditioner Heat / Cool unit set to 27 degrees, room tempreture is 25 degrees, how can I regulate the temprature? This unit constently blows / fans, it never seems to switch off therefore the room becomes too cold.
