My sister recently turned off the airconditioner by someway but I can't turn it on again. By the way, there are the key sign appear on the remote screen. Anyone know please help.

5 there is a key icon on your remote. when your sister turned off you a/c,she held the off button too long,it locked the controls. to unlock,hold the off key 3 to 5 seconds,that should unlock the controls.
