I have a model KSR25E airconditioner, when switched on to heat the defrost mode light comes on and remains on. The indoor unit does not operate whilst the light is on however the outside unit operates and the fan is on but there is no discernable temperature change to the pipes supplying refrigerant to the indoor unit. Any answers to this problem would be appreciated.
