We have an Split System Airconditioner, It has been running well until a recent downpour and now only worked for a few minutes then stopped showing all lights on A/C. We cleaned the filters and tried again, again it stopped again after a few minutes, this time we removed all the extra debris, dog hair and the like from the outside unit. Tried it again but the Fan did not appear to be turning. Hopefully someone can help us. Thank you
