Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner None
trying to get the hose off as something is stuck at the bottom and cant get it to release...

i am trying to get the hose off bc there is something soft stuck there so that the wand doesnt go all the way down. whatever it is doesnt just come out.] i see the clips i could push but must be doing something wrong as when i push both sides it doesnt release
