Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC18
This is the "slim" DC18...

Something is blocking the suction, possibly near the Hepa filter, and we are able to get in everywhere else except there. Have done all steps recommended so far, yet need the actual manual (misplaced it!) Thank you for any assistance, especially in downloading the manual.
