Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC28
suction at both ends...

when handle is pulled down to vacuum, the suction still comes through the wand which limits the suction at the beater bar.

0 I have the same problem. I have realized that the mechanism which switches the hose between the wand and the vacuum head isn't working properly. The two gear pieces that switches the hose aren't close enough together so I have resorted to switched the hose manually. What can I do to fix this?
