Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC18
My carpet brushes......

...quit working. I've taken apart and cleaned the roller mechanism, to no avail.

0 They can disengage automatically when they bind on something. There is a red reset button on the brush housing. Also, next to the power button is the manual engage/disengage button. Perhaps there is a fault or short there. Or it needs to be depressed.
