Hi I have a dyson dc25 ball and i use to be able to use the wand to do the stairs and then go straight into the upstairs bedrooms without having to re attach the handle you can use normal hoover with small handle and also switch to wand this is now not working properely I can use the wand but when I use normal hoover on rugs it starts to regugitate the dirt not sure what to do I have checked for blockages and emptied and cleaned everything
