Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC23

The main head won't spin -don't why it just stopped working. Every other accessory that i put on still works except for the main one. Is there an easy fix - please help it turn again

0 Same problem with ours. No suction with main head and it will not spin. What to do?
