Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC14
belt??? DC 14...

when trying to vacuum, it started making a loud sound.. .whine... I took off the bottom brush guard, and the brushes hardly turn. I am wondering if there is a specific way the sides of the brush goes in, so that it will work right.
