Duraflame electric stove with heater DFS-500-4 Turned off by itself. Tripped a fuse in the house. when the fuse was turned back on, heater would not work

3 I had bought a DFS-500-4 heater and there were no legs in the box. How do I obtain them so my stove is not sitting on the floor.
