This makes my second inquiry,and still have no answers. But i will try again. I bought my heater in Oct. 2014 and first used it in late Nov. 2014. I had used it about a month and a half. At that point i had to do a factory reset. on the heater and it worked just fine for the next month or so. Now it has been down and not working for a wile now. I have sense tried to reset the heater again, but doesn't help. The heater fan will blow but no heat comes out. What can i do!!!!!
