When you turn the breaker off and turn it back on the flame ignites and heats the house to the temperature. Once the house is heated to the thermostat temperature the heat goes off but the fan continues to run blowing cold air throughout the house and the flame nor the heat will come back on until you go outside and trip the breaker. The flame detecor and the control board have both been replaces already.
