why when start running..the air is cold for like 5...

why when start running..the air is cold for like 5-7 seconds then hot...mi thermostat is 68 warm..is a ducane furnace natural gas...horizontal... also .whats the filter number...i been looking for filter but i not found it...if you can help me i really appreciate
