The gas furnace won't cycle on a consistent basis. It cycles off fine. I've replaced the thermostat inside. All that's needed to get the heater to cycle on is to bump it lightly on the outside of the unit. The local HVAC repairmen have secured the ground wire, and I've had the electrical outlet checked. I'm pretty certain it has something to do with the part that the inside thermostat relays to the outside unit.
