Not sure what the white gaskets are and how does that "baffel get installed. I have read the info that came with the stove with no help

5 Hi Dave, The white gaskets are for the blower box which is located on the left hand side of the stove as you are looking at it. You will have to remove the set screw up top and then there are 4 screws that need to be removed in order to access the blower box. You should not need to replace these for a while. The baffle was a bear to figure out, as the manual is close to worthless. It goes up top inside the burn box. Open the door and look directly up inside the box. Follow the basic diagram in the manual for the way the baffle is supposed to go together. Slide the left side into the slot up top while holding it in place, slide the right hand side as far over as it will go until it stops. It may not feel that it is actually being held in place, but I have found that it still functions okay this way. You will need to take this part down every time you perform cleaning on the stove. BTW, I am cleaning my stove every other day. Good luck. Jeff
