Igniter Fails Frequently...

My igniter fails to warm up most of the time unless I unplug the stove and leave it for a few days. Then, the igniter might work once or twice and then fail to work again. I can start the stove manually with a torch and when the pellets catch fire and heat the burn chamber up, the stove works perfectly.
