i have a eco 65 and it keeps displaying "err h" the lower screw turns, but the top one doesnt want to, how do i get it running again? i tried clearing it, and if i turn the screw, its not blocked in the pellet conduct, but on the motor side it doesnt seem to want to turn at all i can only turn it 1/4 of a rotation and it feels like the motor wont turn even when not powered as if jammed and whatever i press on the control panel, doesnt do anything at all
